Chairman
Aaron Tsai is a Partner at Vesselbridge Capital, where he leads advisory activities across public markets and structured capital transactions, including private placements, pre-IPO financings, and cross-border public market strategies. He is also the Founder and Managing Partner of MAS Capital Inc., an international capital markets advisory platform advising on public and private market transactions across Asia, the United States, and Europe.
Aaron began his career as an investment banker on Wall Street and is widely recognised for his early leadership in public market structuring, having been instrumental in the execution of over 100 public shell companies prior to the emergence of SPACs. His transaction experience spans private placements, PIPEs, IPOs, secondary offerings, reverse mergers, and cross-border M&A. In total Aaron has led and advised on public market and structured capital transactions with aggregate value in excess of over $30bn.

Managing partner
Pierre Mechen is Managing Partner of Vesselbridge Capital, where he leads the firm’s corporate finance advisory activities across capital raising, cross-border M&A, and strategic transactions in private and public markets. He advises founders, shareholders, and management teams on capital strategy, transaction positioning, and execution across complex and cross-border situations. He also serves as a Partner and European Director at MAS Capital Inc., where he advises on European-facing mandates across private placements, pre-IPO structuring, public market transactions, and post-listing capital strategy.
At Vesselbridge, Pierre leads transaction structuring and strategic positioning, working directly with senior banking, legal, and exchange counterparts on institutional-grade mandates. His work is centred on disciplined preparation, institutional investor engagement, and outcome-oriented advisory across the full corporate lifecycle through to liquidity events and exit.

Head of Execution & Due Diligence
Responsible for investor relations and due diligence support across active mandates, including data room management and transaction execution. Antonis has extensive experience in sell-side and buy-side M&A, IPOs, and private placements. He has deep expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and market analysis. He is also a senior Advisor at a family office looking at equity investments and alternative asset managers with a particular focus on Technology.

Head Of Investor Relations
León leads investor coverage and qualification across mandates, overseeing opportunity screening, investor targeting, and process management throughout live transactions. He ensures alignment between issuer objectives and investor appetite, supporting execution through structured investor engagement, feedback integration, and disciplined process coordination across active capital raises and M&A mandates.

Marketing Material & IM Lead
Leads the preparation of all investor-facing materials across capital raises and M&A mandates, including Information Memoranda, pitch decks, and supporting transaction documentation. Jovan partners with execution and investor teams to deliver clear, institutional-grade narratives, ensuring materials support informed investor decision-making and efficient transaction execution.

Investor Relations Coordinator (APAC)
Mary serves as Investor Relations Coordinator for the Asia-Pacific region, supporting investor coverage, qualification, and outreach across active mandates, including investor mapping and pipeline management. She supports execution through structured investor communication, cross-border coordination, and the development of internal systems, including CRM infrastructure and reporting processes that enhance efficiency across APAC transactions.

Capital Markets & Corporate Finance
Grant Fagan is a Senior Advisor to Vesselbridge Capital, supporting capital markets, M&A, and complex strategic finance transactions globally. Over a 35+ year career, he has advised boards, financial sponsors, and executive teams on large-scale debt and equity financings, restructurings, and corporate transactions, contributing to $50+ billion in capital raised.
He previously held senior roles across Deloitte and leading international investment banks including Barclays, ABN Amro, Rand Merchant Bank, and Nedcor Capital, and has founded and scaled multiple advisory and investment platforms. Grant brings board-level judgment and hands-on execution experience across growth, turnaround, and capital formation mandates.

Senior Advisor – Life Sciences & Capital Formation
Yasir Hassan is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with over 20 years' experience at the intersection of data, technology, and life sciences. As Founder of Health iQ, he built and scaled a leading UK-based real-world evidence research and technology business, taking it from inception to exit. Following its acquisition by CorEvitas, he joined as Chief Product Officer, serving on the Board and M&A committee as the company grew into a global RWE platform before its $1 billion sale to Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2023.
This blend of scientific rigour and commercial acumen is central to what Yasir brings as an advisor. He has led commercial strategy across the full spectrum, from enterprise sales and business development through to M&A and has supported market access programmes for some of the most significant therapeutic launches of the past two decades, spanning PCSK9 inhibitors, CAR-T therapies, checkpoint inhibitors, and oral GLP-1s, among others.
Yasir now serves as Venture Partner at Y-Innovations, a leading US-based life sciences investor, and is Founder of Beaufort Advisory, supporting biotech and med-tech companies with investment strategy and fundraising across the UK, US, and Saudi Arabia.

Graham is a Senior Advisor to Vesselbridge Capital, supporting capital markets strategy, corporate advisory, and capital raising engagements.
He brings over 30 years of experience across global investment banking and alternative asset management, having held roles as an investment strategist and proprietary trader in Hong Kong and London. He later founded, managed, and successfully exited a high-performing hedge fund and advisory platform.
Graham has also served as Chief Investment Strategist and Investment Committee member for UK-based alternative asset managers, advising on portfolio construction, capital allocation, and investor strategy across institutional client bases.
Since 2020, he has been active as a private investor, founder, and strategic advisor to growth-stage businesses, providing guidance on capital raising, positioning, and board-level decision making.

Investor Relations Associate
Kim serves as an Investor Relations Associate, managing investor coverage and engagement across Vesselbridge's active mandates. She leads outreach to the firm's investor network, qualifies and maps investors against live opportunities, and serves as a point of contact through the engagement lifecycle, from initial conversations to due diligence and close. She works alongside the deal teams to position mandates to the right capital, ensuring investors receive timely, accurate insight at every stage of the process.

Partner, Bond Placements
Nikita Dolgiy is a Partner at Vesselbridge and leads the firm's bond and debt placement practice. He advises issuers on the structuring, pricing and distribution of fixed-income instruments across institutional, family office and private credit channels, working alongside management teams throughout the issuance process, from development of the credit narrative and investor case through to allocation. His practice is defined by a disciplined approach to credit risk and a focus on securing terms that perform across market cycles.
Mr. Dolgiy has led a team responsible for an aggregate transaction volume of $4 billion. He began his career across the world's principal exchanges, including the New York Stock Exchange, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the Moscow Exchange, where he developed proprietary investment strategies, built institutional risk-management systems and managed capital across global fixed-income and derivatives markets. Over the past decade he has advised growth companies and established issuers on accessing the capital markets with the rigour and execution standards typically associated with substantially larger transactions. He has published extensively on credit allocation and on accessing Asian capital markets, and he works fluently in Russian and English, extending the firm's reach across cross-border and Asia-Pacific issuance.

Greg is a Senior U.S. Advisor at Vesselbridge Capital, supporting U.S. capital markets strategy, M&A strategy, corporate advisory, and capital raising engagements. He brings nearly 20 years of experience spanning investment banking, private equity, corporate development, and corporate strategy, with a track record of identifying strategic opportunities, building executive relationships, and helping organizations accelerate growth.
Greg has worked extensively with founder-led businesses, private equity sponsors, and strategic acquirers across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, business services, as well as industrials and has advised founders, investors, and management teams on strategic growth and capital allocation initiatives. His experience covers the full transaction lifecycle, from origination, target identification, and valuation through due diligence, execution, and post-acquisition integration.
He previously served as Director at a U.S. based investment bank, oversaw M&A for a ~$1B revenue diversified service organization, ran an out-sourced business development firm, and spent six years as a Principal at a private equity and family office platform where he evaluated more than 2,000 acquisition opportunities. Greg began his career in investment banking at Lincoln International, with international secondments to Frankfurt and London supporting cross-border transactions and post-acquisition integration.
Greg holds a Bachelor's degree with High Distinction in Finance and Operations Management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Managing Director
Marcus serves as the Managing Director of U.S. Capital Markets for Vesselbridge Capital, supporting M&A advisory, corporate advisory, U.S. capital markets strategy and capital raising engagements. He is a versatile investment banking executive, known for delivering shareholder value to Fortune 500 companies and private enterprises through M&A, joint ventures, recapitalizations, strategic planning and C-suite / Board collaboration. Marcus is broadly experienced in directing transactional campaigns for both U.S.-based and international clients across a diverse range of industries, including healthcare, technology, real estate, manufacturing and miscellaneous services.
Over the course of his career, Marcus has successfully executed over 50 M&A, joint venture and recapitalization transactions, collectively valued at nearly $1.7 billion. This includes both buy-side and sell-side mandates for corporate consolidators, private equity groups and growth-stage companies. In 2020, while serving as the V.P. of Corporate Development for a publicly-traded automotive parts manufacturing company, Marcus executed the largest acquisition in the company’s history – a transaction valued at $340 million.
Marcus holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Tennessee and later received his MBA with honors from Lipscomb University in Tennessee. In 2011, he earned his designation as a Certified M&A Advisor from the Alliance of M&A Advisors (AM&AA) via his executive studies at Pepperdine University in California.

Managing Director, Strategic Advisory
Mr. Tan was most recently Co CEO and responsible for the development of corporate finance business and Global Capital Markets business of a Chinese securities firm in Hong Kong. He has over three dee decades of investment banking experiences in New York and in Asia, and prior to joining Oriental Patron, he was a Corporate Finance, Capital Markets and M&A professional at Citibank N. A, Goldman, Sachs & Co, ING Barings, Salomon Smith Barney, HSBC Investment Bank, Rothschild (H.K.), Oppenheimer and Shanxi Securities International, a Chinese government owned securities firm, all playing leading roles in investment banking and relationship management. He successfully led M&A sellside and buyside deals, IPOs and growth capital fundraising in the People’s Republic of China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan and Southeast Asia (Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam), as well as the US, Australia and New Zealand.
In the last decade, as CEO or Asia Head of Oppenheimer and two Chinese securities firms, he led VC and Growth Capital fundraising efforts for fintechs, AI, IOT, digital health and healthcare startups from the US into Asian investors, and those from Asia into US and Canadian investors.
Mr. Tan holds Master of Business Administration degree with distinction (Arjay Miler Scholar) from Stanford Graduate School of Business where he was also recipient of the Deloitte and Touche Accounting Award.
